Teodoro Perez, Born in 1952 in the province of Soria, Spain, began his journey into guitar making in 1966 when he apprenticed at the José Ramírez III workshop. There, he trained under renowned masters such as Paulino Bernabé, Manuel Contreras, and Mariano Tezanos. After only three years of apprenticeship, Pérez was recognized as a professional luthier in 1969 and began engraving the initials "GMP" on the José Ramírez guitars he crafted. During this period, he had the honor of meeting legendary guitarists Andrés Segovia and Pepe Romero, which further shaped his career.
