Dominik Wurth (1982 - Current)
Germany
Born in 1982 in Ettlingen, spent his childhood in the forested regions of southwestern Germany. His time in nature taught him how closely life and nature are connected, which has become an essential foundation for his work. In his early twenties, while playing guitar, he began to feel dissatisfied with the sound and realized that a better instrument was needed. During this time, he started reading books on guitar-making to understand the differences in quality and how to find the right instrument. After gaining insight into the process of crafting guitars and what to look for, he decided to make instruments on his own. With the help of Sascha Nowak, who taught him the basic and traditional techniques of guitar-making, Wurth completed his first guitar after a long period of trials. That moment became the driving force for his passion and the direction of his future career.
