Marco Maguolo, a luthier from Venice, Italy, received extensive music education with the aim of becoming a performer. As he was preparing for the conservatory entrance exams, his interest shifted toward guitar making, and he soon joined Mario Novelli's workshop to receive guidance. While learning guitar making, Maggiolo also participated in workshops on violin making and the maintenance of historically valuable instruments. With his diverse education in instrument making and solid apprenticeship, he began crafting guitars professionally in 2004.
