Paco Santiago Marín (1946 - Current)

Born into a family of guitar makers in Granada, Spain, he has been immersed in the world of guitars from a young age, with the instrument becoming both his life and his passion. He trained as a luthier alongside his father, Francisco Santiago Oliva, and his uncle, Antonio Marín Montero, in their workshop until 1963. In 1972, he opened his own workshop and began crafting guitars independently.

Having learned the art of guitar making from his father over 52 years ago, he continues the tradition today, working alongside his son, Luis Santiago, in their studio at the prestigious "1er Recogidas" workshop, where they create instruments together.
